Welcome to PeterSmart Link. These Terms govern your access to our website at petersmartlink.com, Android apps, API, and related services operated by PeterSmart Link, Mbirizi, Lwengo District, Uganda. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@petersmartlink.com.
You agree not to: violate Ugandan law, upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, engage in fraud or spam, harass others, or reverse-engineer the Service.
Our authentication is powered by Google Firebase. By signing in you also agree to Firebase's Terms and Google's Privacy Policy.
All API endpoints are served under api.petersmartlink.com. Rate limits apply. Scraping or automated bulk use without written approval is prohibited. Webhook endpoints you register must be owned by you.
Apps are provided free "as is". Do not redistribute or modify our APKs without written permission. Only install apps from petersmartlink.com/app.
All content, logos, and brand names belong to PeterSmart Link. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by Ugandan law, PeterSmart Link is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Lwengo District.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
